Early Childhood Services supports the mission of Community Action Southwest through programming provided to our communities’ youngest children and their families throughout Washington and Greene Counties. Early education can open the doors of opportunity for every child to do well in school, in the workforce, and in life.

Early Childhood Services programs for children, birth to 5, are supported by both federal and state funding.   These programs include Head Start, Early Head Start, Pre-K Counts and our newest program Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships.
